Major Changes at John L. Scott

There were some major changes at the Ashland John L. Scott Real Estate office last year. When the previous owners decided to shut the doors, Teresa McCants and Jeri Karcey acquired the franchise in what they felt was a perfect time.

In addition, they moved out of their obscure location in the Market of Choice Shopping Center to a more highly visible office at 180 Lithia Way in downtown Ashland.

With fourteen years in real estate and ten years of managing principal broker experience in Ashland, McCants will be the guiding force for a crew of fourteen agents. She holds an advisory position to the Southern Oregon MLS service and “knows from experience what it takes to succeed in a tough market.”

Her new partner, Jeri Karcey, was an agent for John L. Scott, and will use her experience in real estate, plus her design background, to provide all listing clients with needed staging and presentation services.
